What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are determined at checkout by your selected carrier. It is based on total package size / weight  and the shipping destination. Handling fee may apply. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment is processed through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders ship within 24 – 48 hours. Deliveries in the Continental USA average 3 -5 days. We recommend advance placement of large custom orders.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We are like you. Measures are installed to ensure a secure shopping. Daily ongoing monitoring alerts keeps us ahead of any Malware. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our enthusiastic team get to work on the embroidery artwork or other custom crafting specified on your order. QC’d and packaged per protocol, it is then shipped with a tracking number which is sent by email to you

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Definitely. There is an automated invoice once the order has been placed. A print copy is also enclosed in the shipment
